H.F.'s Keven Dillard, Supo Sanni and Russell Ellington

 

Homewood Flossmoor currently enjoys an undefeated season with impressive wins that include a the championship at the Chicago Heights Classic against Hillcrest and against then 1# ranked Whitney Young at the Chicago State.     HF is probably the most experienced team in the area with three third year varsity players.  Dillard and Sanni started as sophomores and Ellington saw considerable time on a varsity roster stacked with talented upper classmen.   As third year veterans the

 trio of adds a seasoned nucleolus to HF’s solid program.  Dillard will play his college basketball at Southern Illinois University while Sanni and Ellington will play football on the next level for the fighting Illini of Illinois.  PSIMediaLive.com’s DeAndre Alexander caught up with them at the HF practice facility earlier this month.

PSIMediaLive.com Enters a New Era with Launch of Weekly Cable Show.

 PSIMediaLive.com began webcasting Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana sport at the 2004 Proviso West Holiday Tournament. Since them PSI has expanded it webcast to include many of the areas premier sporting events including the IHSA major state Championships.  We believed then and continue to believe that this region features arguably the best high school sports in the nation. What better way to showcase this exciting and entertaining venue than to display it on the world stage offered only by the internet.  While the internet continues to be our primary channel to distribute sports content PSIMediaLive.com began a new era in sports broadcasting on Thursday, January 4th when our first cablecast of Prep Sports Insight Game of the Week aired on Comcast Public Access Channel in the south suburbs.  PSIMediaLive.com is plans to expand to include additional areas so stay tuned.  Our weekly cablecast will feature pre-recorded match-up of the areas top teams as well as our playback of Prep Sports Insight, our live interactive talk cybershow were we break down all of the areas prep action and let you the fan weigh in on our call-in line and on-line.   According to PSIMediaLive.com president , Bill Burton, “our goal has always been and will continue to be to provide the Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana sports fans high school sports programming that provides entertainment value while providing national exposure to this tremendous pool of talent.  By expanding our media distribution to include traditional channels builds on this philosophy”.  The cablecast of Prep Sports Insight will air Thursday’s at 6:30 PM CST on South Suburban Comcast Access Stations Channel 19. 

PSIMediaLive.com to Launch Prep Sports Insight Interactive Sports Show

If you are a high school sports fan or even a fanatic PSI Media's Prep Sports Insight is just the show for you.  Starting January 11th at 7:30 PM CST sport fans will be able to watch the live webcast and see host Rick Burton and Rodney Irving as they brake down Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana's  prep sports happenings.  PSI will recap recent match-ups, deliver features from our correspondents, provide interviews with the areas top players and coaches and more and the best thing is that it's interactive so you can join in

Fans will be able to call in to Prep Sports Insight and weigh in on every topic or e-mail your questions and comments and have them read on the air.  Their will be footage from games as well as commentary from the areas local sports journalist. 

Prep Sports Insight can be seen live on PSIMediaLive.com on Thursdays from 7:30 PM. to 8:30 PM CST and a delayed broadcast will air on various Comcast Cable Access stations on Thursday from 6:30 PM– 7:30 PM. CST so check your local listing. Stay Tuned!!!
